No-bake cookie clusters


The perfect picnic treat or energy boost for a hike or lunchbox, these no-bake cookie clusters are easy to make and oh-so-delicious.

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 x 80g slabs Beacon Heavenly Ivory Cream, broken into pieces
  • 2 x 80g slabs Beacon Heavenly Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup (250ml) Black Cat smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup (250ml) Jungle oats
  • 1 x 125g packet Jelly Tots


  1. In a pot, melt butter, chocolate and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats, Jelly Tots and Beacon Heavenly Chocolate pieces.
  3. Using two spoons, shape mixture into golf-ball-sized balls and place onto a greased baking tray.
  4. Refrigerate until firm – about 30 minutes – and enjoy immediately.
