Sheet Pan S’mores
Biscuits, chocolate and marshmallows come together to make this a crowd-pleasing dessert that’s so easy to make. We dare you to stop at just one!
Ingredients
Makes 16
- 2 packets (200g each) Tennis Biscuits, crushed
- ½ cup (125g) butter, melted
- ¼ - ½ cup (30-65g) icing sugar, sifted
- 5 slabs (80g each) Heavenly Milk Chocolate
- 2 packets (150g each) Pink and White mmmMallows
Method
- Combine crushed biscuits, butter and icing sugar.
- Mix well to combine.
- Press into a 28 x 18cm baking tin lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the edges start to brown slightly.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- Arrange the chocolate slabs on the baked base.
- Bake at 170° for about 2-3 minutes until chocolate starts to melt.
- Cover with mmmMallows, making sure it is tightly packed.
- Cook under the oven grill (or use a blowtorch) for about two minutes until toasted.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares with a warm knife.
