Biscuits, chocolate and marshmallows come together to make this a crowd-pleasing dessert that’s so easy to make. We dare you to stop at just one!


Ingredients

Makes 16 

  • 2 packets (200g each) Tennis Biscuits, crushed
  • ½ cup (125g) butter, melted
  • ¼ - ½ cup (­­­­­30-65g) icing sugar, sifted
  • 5 slabs (80g each) Heavenly Milk Chocolate
  • 2 packets (150g each) Pink and White mmmMallows

Method

  1. Combine crushed biscuits, butter and icing sugar.
  2. Mix well to combine.
  3. Press into a 28 x 18cm baking tin lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the edges start to brown slightly.
  5. Remove and allow to cool.
  6. Arrange the chocolate slabs on the baked base.
  7. Bake at 170° for about 2-3 minutes until chocolate starts to melt.
  8. Cover with mmmMallows, making sure it is tightly packed.
  9. Cook under the oven grill (or use a blowtorch) for about two minutes until toasted.
  10. Cool completely before slicing into squares with a warm knife.
