Beacon Heavenly Pudding Pops

With just four ingredients, these pudding pops are super cute. Use them as table décor or stocking fillers.


Mallow puddin pops

Ingredients

  • 1 x 150g Beacon Pink and White mmmMallows 
  • 3 x 80g Beacon Heavenly Milk chocolate, chopped 
  • 2 x 80g Beacon Heavenly Ivory Cream chocolate, chopped 
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil, optional 
  • 1 x 100g Beacon Jelly Tots, red and green 
  • wooden skewers 

Method

  1. Thread a Beacon mmmMallowsonto each wooden skewer. 

  2. Place Heavenly Beacon Milk chocolate in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on low power for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until just melted. Add 1 teaspoon sunflower oil to melted chocolate if it seems a bit thick. 

  3. Dip each mallow into melted milk chocolate to coat. Place into a holder. 

  4. Allow chocolate to set; refrigerateif needed. 

  5. Meanwhile place Beacon Heavenly Ivory Cream chocolate intoa microwavable bowl. Microwave on low power for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until just melted. Mix well. 

  6. Use a teaspoon to drizzle white chocolate over mallows. 

  7. Top with one or two red and green Beacon Jelly Tots. 

  8. Place pudding pop back into a holder to set.
