mmmMallows and Granadilla Slices
This mmmMallows and granadilla dessert will quickly become your new favourite recipe for easy entertaining.

Ingredients
- 1 box (200g) ginger biscuits, finely crushed
- ½ cup (125ml) melted butter
- 400g white mmmMallows
- splash of milk
- ¼ cup (60ml) pineapple jelly (dilute entire sachet with liquid).
- ¼ cup (60ml) fresh granadilla pulp
- fresh mint for serving
Method
- In a large bowl, combine biscuits and butter.
- Press mixture into a greased 20cm loose bottom round tart tin.
- Set aside to firm up.
- Place mmmMallows and milk into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Whisk vigorously until smooth. Cool slightly until thickened.
- Pour over the biscuit base, Filling the tart tin ¾ way full.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Spoon over the granadilla pulp and then carefully spoon over the jelly mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove tart from the tin and slice for serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint and any extra granadilla pulp.
