This mmmMallows and granadilla dessert will quickly become your new favourite recipe for easy entertaining.

mmmMallows and Granadilla Slices


  • 1 box (200g) ginger biscuits, finely crushed
  • ½ cup (125ml) melted butter
  • 400g white mmmMallows
  • splash of milk
  • ¼ cup (60ml) pineapple jelly (dilute entire sachet with liquid).
  • ¼ cup (60ml) fresh granadilla pulp
  • fresh mint for serving


  1. In a large bowl, combine biscuits and butter.
  2. Press mixture into a greased 20cm loose bottom round tart tin.
  3. Set aside to firm up.
  4. Place mmmMallows and milk into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Whisk vigorously until smooth. Cool slightly until thickened.
  6. Pour over the biscuit base, Filling the tart tin ¾ way full.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Spoon over the granadilla pulp and then carefully spoon over the jelly mixture.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove tart from the tin and slice for serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint and any extra granadilla pulp.
