Heavenly mmmMallow Jelly Squares
These Heavenly mmmMallow Jelly Squares are super easy to make and delicious. Using Beacon chocolates, mmmMallows marshmallows and Maynards sweets, you’ll get all the flavours of a trifle in one fun bite! Perfect for a party or when you need a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 x packet (200g) plain biscuits
- ½ cup (125ml) melted butter
- ½ cup (125ml) cream
- 4 x 80g Heavenly Midnight Velvet, chopped
- 2 x 125g Vanilla Custard mmmMallows
- ¼ cup (60ml) milk
- 1 x 80g cherry-flavoured jelly
- 2 x 125g Maynards Jelly Teddies
Method
- Blitz biscuits in a food processor until fine.
- Add butter and blitz until the mixture starts to clump together.
- Press the biscuit mixture into a 20x15cm tray lined with cling wrap.
- Set in the fridge until firm, about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat cream over medium heat until it just starts to bubble.
- Remove from heat and add chopped Heavenly Midnight Velvet chocolate.
- Pour over the biscuit base and spread into an even layer. Set in the fridge until firm.
- Combine Vanilla Custard mmmMallows with milk and melt over medium heat, stirring to ensure it does not catch at the bottom of the pan.
- Spread mmmMallow mixture over the chocolate base in a thin layer. Allow to set at room temperature.
- Make the jelly according to the packet instructions.
- Add Maynards Jelly Teddies to the set mmmMallow layer. Pour jelly over. Set in the fridge until the jelly is firm.
- Cut into 30-40 squares and serve.
