Ingredients
Makes 8 lollies
- ½ packet (50g) Lick ’n Learn Alphabet Jelly Tots
- ½ packet (50g) Lick ’n Learn Numbers Jelly Tots or ½ packet (37g) Maynards Jelly Teddies
- 2 cups (500ml) litchi juice (watered down if you want a not-so-sweet version)
Method
-
Divide sweets between two four-hole lolly moulds.
-
Fill each hole with litchi juice.
-
Tape two strips of Sellotape over the tops of lolly mould holes, keeping them centred and not overlapping.
-
Place a lolly stick in the centre of each hole, pushing them it between the two Sellotape strips – this will ensure sticks remain upright while freezing.
-
Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best result.
-
To serve, run a warm cloth on the outside of moulds and pull on sticks to unmould. Serve immediately.
